Imagine stepping into a quiet, softly lit space where the air is warm with the gentle scent of palo santo, and everything around you invites your body to exhale. You’re welcomed exactly as you are…no need to perform, explain, or hold yourself together. Just an open, grounded presence meeting you with care.

We begin slowly, with breath and awareness, letting your nervous system settle and your body start to speak in its own language. Through intuitive somatic guidance, gentle energy work, and moments of stillness, we follow what naturally wants to unfold. Releasing tension, softening protective layers, and opening space for deeper sensation, clarity, and connection.

As the session deepens, many clients experience a quiet sense of being held, not just by the space, but by something greater within themselves. Insights may arise, emotions may move, or you may simply feel a profound return to your body’s natural rhythm and safety.

You leave feeling softer, clearer, and more anchored to your most alive self, like you’ve come home to a deeper layer of who you are.

How the session unfolds…

Soul Alchemy is a 1-month, intuitively guided container that blends somatic healing, nervous system regulation, energy attunement, and spirit-guided insight across three 75-minute sessions.

Together, we create a grounded and sacred space. One that unfolds over time, not all at once where your body, intuition, and higher guidance lead the process.

Each session builds on the last, with an integration week woven in to let what's shifted actually root.

Nothing is forced.
Everything unfolds at the pace of your nervous system.

Meet Kayla

My path into this work did not begin in a classroom. It began in my own healing.

From a young age, I was deeply sensitive to the emotional and energetic undercurrents around me. I could feel what wasn’t being said, what was being held beneath the surface, and the quiet ways pain lived inside the body. But for many years, I didn’t yet have the tools to understand what I was carrying.

Like many, my early life included experiences that pulled me away from myself. I struggled with an eating disorder that became a way of trying to control what felt overwhelming inside. I lived through sexual trauma that left deep imprints on my nervous system and my sense of safety in my own body. For a long time, I existed in survival, disconnected, guarded, and trying to navigate life from the mind rather than from within.

My healing journey truly began when I realized that true transformation could not happen through willpower alone, but through the body.

I began turning toward the parts of myself I had learned to avoid: the shadow, the stored grief, the sensations that felt too heavy to touch. Through somatic work, nervous system healing, and deep spiritual exploration, I slowly learned how to come back home to myself. I learned how to sit with discomfort, to listen to the language of my body, and to transform pain into wisdom rather than something to escape.

Along the way, I also felt a powerful reconnection to the intuitive and ancestral dimensions of healing . The unseen support, inner guidance, and spiritual intelligence that had always quietly been present in my life.

This personal journey led me to devote myself to both formal training and embodied practice. I became certified in Parts Therapy and Psychosomatic Practice, and I’ve immersed myself in body-based healing, trauma-informed approaches, and intuitive energy work. These foundations allow me to hold a space that is deeply safe, grounded, and attuned to the complexity of each person’s experience.

Today, my work is rooted in a simple but profound belief:
the body already holds the wisdom for healing.

My role is not to fix or force change, but to create a compassionate, steady container where people can soften, reconnect with their inner truth, and gently return to themselves. I understand this work not just through study, but through lived experience. Through walking the path of learning how to feel safe, whole, and at home within my own body.

It is an honor to now hold space for others as they walk their own journey of healing, remembrance, and integration.

Your Questions, Answered

You don’t have to keep holding everything on your own.
Your body already knows the way back to safety, clarity, and connection. Sometimes it simply needs the right space to soften and be met.

This session is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the deeper wisdom that lives within you.
